1. Engineering Research Center            

 (1) Synthesis Workshop           

TOKIND has two large-scale synthesis workshops, 4000 square meters of platform space; There are 100 reactors in sizes ranging from 30L to 3000L, in temperature ranging from -100 ℃ to 250 ℃;  in pressure ranging from atmospheric pressure to 10Mp. Annual capacity of fine chemicals: over 2000 tons.

  

(2) Engineering Technology Research  Center            

3000 square meters platform space: 30 comprehensive engineering laboratories to meet various pilot conversion and production needs, and more than 100 reactors ranging from 10L to 100L. Production capacity: several kilograms to hundreds of kilograms.

 

(3) Low Temperature Workshop          

One large-scale low-temperature reaction workshop is equipped with more than 20 sets of low-temperature reaction reactors ranging from 100L to 2000L and multiple sets of liquid nitrogen storage tanks of 15 cubic meter, which can meet the process requirements of -100 ℃.

    

(4) Purification workshop            

200 square meters purification workshop: It can perform purification tasks such as short-range molecular distillation, recrystallization, column chromatography and rectification.

 

2. R & D Center            

(1) Analysis Center          

At present, the analysis center has a variety of advanced instruments and equipment: Agilent high performance liquid chromatography 1260 (HPLC), high performance gas chromatography 7890a (GC-MS), low temperature freeze-drying, melting point instrument, Polarimeter, ultraviolet fluorescence spectrophotometer, Casio moisture titrator, etc; Advanced and comprehensive instruments and equipment provide a reliable guarantee for the development and quality stability of the company's products. We have established a complete quality control system to ensure production is efficient, steady and controllable.

(2) R & D Center          

The R & D center has a platform space of 2000 square meters, which can carry out various reactions and purification processes: molecular distillation, falling film evaporation, rectification, centrifugation, etc., and a peptide synthesizer with the preparation conditions of amino acid compounds. Enterprise industrial engineering is good at various low-temperature reactions, bromination reactions and Grignard reactions; The pilot scale is good at mild treatment and transformation of modern technologies for various extreme reactions and dangerous reactions.
